I am a former Queensland Police Sergeant who retired on medical grounds in 2014. I understand the challenges you are facing because I have been where you are now. The task of submitting workers' compensation claims, and reviewing or appealing insurers decisions can be overwhelming. That is why Justice4workers Qld removes that burden by taking care of those matters while you focus on your recovery. I am committed to compiling the highest quality submissions and fighting for those who are prevented by illness from fighting on their own. My dedication and passion have been instrumental in the success of the claims submitted on behalf of my clients.
My qualifications include:
Diploma of Work Health and Safety
Diploma of Leadership and Management
Diploma of Public Safety (Policing)
Advanced Diploma of Justice; and
Cert IV in Training and Assessment
I am currently studying a Graduate Certificate in Industrial Relations to be completed in January 2017.
NOTE: I am not a lawyer and all advice is provided from my own personal experiences. You are encouraged to seek professional legal advice before submitting a workers' compensation claim.
